I asked her if she could ask them to turn the air up some she said every time I do they get mad and scream at me. I looked at the temperature before I left. It was 64° everybody in there that was over the age of 25 had sweaters and coats on, this is pathetic. It might get hot in the kitchen, but you do not appreciate your customers never again.
I've been getting pizza from there for years and it's always good. I decided to branch out and get a salad and that was a mistake. It had clearly been left sitting on the hot pizza box or something. The lettuce was limp and warm and there was water/condensation in the box. Extremely disappointed. I guess I'll stick to pizza. Also, please take the cannolis off the menu. Every single time i ask, you don't have them. Literally every time. Why advertise something you NEVER have in stock???
I ordered 3 strombolis and an Alfredo. The bill was over 70 dollars. The strombolis were supposed to be one chicken and 2 steak. The person who took the order confirmed it twice I live over 20 minutes from this place. When I got home the order was wrong. All three strombolis were chicken. I called back and they said that was what I ordered. I told them that the ordered had been confirmed and that it was wrong. They checked again and told me I was wrong but they would give me credit for one steak stromboli. I told them that there was 2 sandwiches that were wrong but the manager said it was not their fault and would only give me credit for one.he was rude and basically said I was lying. I will not eat there anymore.
My mother introduced me to Sopranos, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty their pizza is. After trying several pizza places in North Carolina, I struggled to find one I liked, as many are either too expensive or taste like they came from the freezer section. At $12 for a 16-inch pizza, Sopranos is a alright value, and their pizzas have been pretty satisfying. I’ve eaten there three times now, and the only minor criticism I have is that one time the pizza was a bit too salty. With a New York-native mother and a Chicago-native father, I’ve become a bit of a pizza snob. While everyone’s tastes are different, I’ll definitely be returning to Sopranos.
Good grilled chicken sub and spaghetti with meatballs were good also! Will be back soon!
