Frank Larry's Drive In - Randleman

I hadn’t intended to stop by, but after watching a video at the nearby Petty Museum featuring Kyle and Richard, who highly recommended this restaurant, my interest was piqued. I also overheard some museum staff discussing their plans to grab lunch there. Apparently, they’re known for their hotdogs. Perhaps my expectations were too high because, while the hotdogs were decent, they didn’t quite live up to the hype. However, the warm, welcoming service made it worth the visit. Next time I go, I’ll take the order taker’s advice and try their burgers.

This restaurant has the charm and atmosphere of a classic diner, and I absolutely adored it. The relaxed and casual vibe made it feel like everyone there was a regular. They only accept cash, which is uncommon these days, but that's certainly not a reason to avoid it. The menu offers all the typical breakfast options you'd expect from a local diner, although I'm not sure about their lunch menu or hours of operation. I'll definitely return because of the affordable prices and to explore more of their offerings beyond the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich!

This is a fantastic restaurant to enjoy a meal. My husband and I visit every Thursday for lunch and have recently started going for breakfast as well. The food and service are consistently excellent. We highly recommend it!
