Stokos - Randallstown

I like the other location on Loch Raven. The food is ALWAYS good. This is the 2nd time that I visited this store. I ordered a cheese fish sub the first time and it was awful, the fish patty was old and my bread was toasted to hard so I said I'd stick to the chicken but sad to say that the chicken was bad this time too. Purchased online from the Randallstown location and the delivery was never made. Called and canceled the order, then the delivery driver order shows up 2 hours later. We informed the driver the order was canceled. It?s been 5 days and still no refund. Restaurant refuses to give us our money back.

Food was ok. Service can be improved. Atmosphere not welcoming and the associate was inpatient when taking orders. Needs to wear gloves when preparing our food.

First off, I will start by saying that stokos have some great half and half?s. I like them, they?re not sweet, the sugar would not work for me if they were. Stick to the fried chicken wings if anything. DO NOT buy the fried shrimp, some of them are fried to hard, some fried just right and some are under cooked and taste very mushy, I wanted to return them but I?d threw them away because I was too far away to go back.
