Nekter Juice - Rancho Santa Margarita

Been there couple of times, just one occasion the smoothies were so tasteless but all the others were a delight.I could recommend to try it before stepping out just in case the flavors disappoint and you can have the opportunity to address it friendly with the staff.I mean we all make mistakes so no big deal.In case you enjoy your smoothie inside other thing to mention is 3 different times there were this stinky bleach smell around very unpleasant to stay, (I mean I’m grateful that the place is disinfected and take good care but that was just too much bleach so use the correct dosage).

You will see quite a few poor reviews on here due to customer service and sad to say it’s still very poor. You will likely walk in and have to wait for the employees to stop talking to their friends who popped in to say hi before getting your order taken. My wife and I always ask to make our shakes extra thick but it NEVER happens. If you take time to let them know they look at you like you are an inconvenience. You’re better off going to the location off Lake Forest from my experience.

I always give this place a chance because I do enjoy their menu, but the customer service just is not great. They always mess up my order or take a long time even if I order ahead (15 mins). Other locations are not like this.

Usually have a great experience here but today when I was picking up smoothies for a friend and I, I noticed the smoothie I always get tasted off. I realized it tasted like the smoothie my friend ordered. Seemingly they did NOT wash the blender or use a clean blender for my smoothie. Very unfortunate the staff today was too busy chatting or couldn't be bothered or simply did not care about what they were serving. You would think a food establishment would be more careful with allergies and people's food aversions. Hopefully management can put more strict cleaning policies in place so no one gets sick.

I ordered via the app. I arrived early and there were only a few people in the store. I let them know I had arrived and was waiting. Meanwhile a huge line of people came in and ordered. This location chose to complete every single order that was in store and completed mine last because it was via the app EVEN THOUGH I WAS AT THE STORE WAITING. The order was late by over 10 minutes, when it could have been early. It was also made poorly and incorrectly, half of it not edible. They never apologized, and they blamed me because I ordered on the app and not I store. At this point I walked out. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Nekter and I will never return to this site.
