Good short ribs take 3 4 hours of slow cooking at low temp. Thye then fall off the bone like apot roast. Other dishes served were good.
On Valentine's Day, there were not enough waitstaff available at the restaurant, resulting in slow service. We had visited previously and had a great experience, although this time they were out of the wine we wanted. Despite this, I believe this was just a one-time issue.
Great food!! I will be back. Went on Valentines’s day at 6:15 pm so bad day to evaluate. Still, food was great on a tough day to plate fast while maintaining quality of care. I think I’ll try steak and lobster on an upcoming weekday to get a better time to evaluate.
This restaurant is the best kept secret in North County. But the secret is getting out. We went there last night and every table was full with 6 people waiting. Great food and great value.
The food was extremely tasty. We look forward to returning to this hidden gem.
