Wendy's - Rancho Mirage

If you've dined at a Wendy's before, this place meets the typical expectations. The service was a little quicker than some other Wendy's I've been to, and overall it was decent. However, last Saturday they forgot the fries from our combo meal and we had to go back to get them. It wasn't a big deal, but it was a bit annoying to deal with. To be fair, this may just be one bad experience out of the many times I've been there.

I had a gift card and, in the past, was not a fan of Wendy's. But these fries were surprisingly good. Excellent.

Why are your prices so high? I can find a better meal with higher quality food for half the cost at many other fast food restaurants.

I ordered two meals through GrubHub from Wendy's. Unfortunately, the fries were missing from my order, which was the fault of the Wendy's staff and not the delivery driver. When I contacted the store, the employee laughed and insinuated it was likely their mistake. Additionally, I had ordered a diet coke but was given a regular coke instead. Overall, I was not satisfied with this experience.

At times, the staff can be friendly, but the older women working in the drive-thru can be rude.
