Desmond's At The S - Rancho Mirage

Fantastic food! The lobster ravioli is phenomenal. Went with a group and was able to catch a memorable performer there while we ate. Worth visiting again and again.

Went to Desmonds for the first time, based on previous reviews. Were the only people there except a group of women. Hour food decisions very limited. Service very good as we were only people. Great atmosphere, beautiful view.

Slow service in the Am. Despite only 3 tables, my order was wrong. No other orders when we got in, and the boss messed it up. The waiter showed us the ticket and the order correctly? Pays extra for toast and it was not throttled and the butter that came with it was frozen! Came for the groundless mimosa, but hard to get someone to keep an eye on us, not to mention that it was flat. Second visit. I know this is hard to write how I want this place to be successful... but hmmmm.

You need more than a waitress and a bartender. Try it again.
