Zaky Mediterranean Grill

Pricey. The food was good. I had the falafel plate. They were a bit overdone but good. The rice is delicious.Food: 4/5

We placed an order on Mother's Day around 11 AM because it was a big order and we wanted to give them time to fulfill it. My husband arrived after noon (as the pickup time stayed), and they said that they had just given our order to someone else. They asked my husband if I DoorDashed so he called me and I told him that we booked through Zaky's website directly and that it specifically said pick up and I didn't even list an address. They told my husband to call the number on the order, which he did, and then it rang at the restaurant! My husband asked them about remaking the food since we had 11 people waiting at our house for a Mother's Day lunch, and they said that they wouldn't remake it because they lost too much money from the first order, and that they held up other orders making ours. Their menu isn't that elaborate, and if they ran the restaurant properly, they would've made money on remaking our $200 order and giving it to the correct customer. We were told the owner's son was right outside and he made the call.They also would not give us a refund and told us to cancel online, which we couldn't do because they had already marked as fulfilled. We emailed the restaurant directly and waited for a reply, which we never got. Luckily, we placed an order from Luna Grill and it took half the time to prepare and was twice as delicious. When it doubt, go to Luna.

Delicious and authentic Mediterranean food. Portions are great and you get a lot of meat for what you pay. Staff is very friendly too, Natasha gave good recommendations and was very welcoming.Vegetarian options: Falafel as a protein substitute. Great salads and dips.

Amazing food , first timers we got a family meal amazing service, and cashier was top notch service. Natasha and chef were amazing to us felt like I was home in my own kitchen. Lovely lunch date with my fiancé. I recommend this place if your feeling hungry:D

Natasha was very helpful and lovely. She walked us through their menu and showed us the different sizes. Food was prepared very quickly and she even showed us the completed plates before packing everything for us to go. Left with enough food for leftovers tomorrow!! Yum!
