Despite being a small venue, the restaurant has your order ready in no time. The chicken, beans, and rice all have great flavor.

She wouldn’t let me speak and kept saying the same thing. Finally, I lost my patience and asked her to let me explain. I reiterated that we had indeed placed the order online, it went through because my card was charged, and the state of their internet was not my concern. She insisted they didn't have our order, and told me to contact GrubHub for a refund. I had to clarify multiple times that we didn’t order through GrubHub. Eventually, she found our order and said it was ready for pickup because the GrubHub driver had been removed since they couldn’t see the order! Unbelievable! Then she claimed she didn’t know how to refund the delivery fee and tip. I told her that they needed to refund that part. The other owner, a gentleman, spoke to my team member who picked up the food and offered to refund the delivery fee and tip, but I’m still waiting for the credit to my card. Just a heads up—be cautious! It’s disappointing because the food is incredibly delicious, but they really need to improve their customer service.

Here's a positive review: Be sure to double-check your orders. I've never had an issue until today, when my order was missing a Kartoffelsalat. However, the Kartoffelsalat is amazing! I still appreciate the experience and give it 5 stars, as the service is always friendly and attentive.

Excellent chicken, We ordered 2 whole chicken flour; Come with big sides tortillas! We chose two large potato salad big beans! Nice food???!!!

Wow! Best chicken ever! The salsa is so incredibly fresh and their rice and potato salad is like no other. I guarantee there 's no better recipe out there. Prices are super reasonable for the quantity (and most importantly, quality) of food you get. Additionally, during these times, with the ongoing pandemic, they have arranged for all of their staff to wear masks, their restaurant is very clean and closed to indoor dining, they have markings for customers to easily comply with physical distancing , there is practically no wait time, and their customer service is great! Their hours seem to be adjusted but they 're open for takeout and I even saw a sign promoting a discount for the first online order- I need to do that next time!
