Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I recently celebrated my son's birthday at Red Robin, and while I regretfully forgot our server's name, their impact on my son's special day was remarkable. Their exceptional service truly made our experience memorable. The delicious food added to the joy, with the delightful bottomless sides that Red Robin is known for. My son, feeling a bit shy, declined the birthday cake and singing. However, the server's thoughtful gesture of gifting him a caricature turned the day around. My son adored the caricature, and it brought an unexpected and heartwarming touch to his celebration. Overall, the combination of incredible food and the outstanding service made this birthday celebration at Red Robin an unforgettable experience for both my son and me. 맛있는 버거, 끝없는 사이드 메뉴! 사랑할 수 밖에 없는 이 곳!

We had a large group and they accommodated us quickly

Waited 20+ minutes for fries. We asked as soon as we ordered, which we also had to wait for our waiter to be able to do. They finally brought our food. Only one of us had ordered fries. So I finally told the waiter when he came over and said he would get us more fries, that we hadn 't had any so far and that that was why we go to their restaurant. Ya know, ENDLESS FRIES?Before we knew it several staff members were bringing baskets of fries to the table, not necessarily in a friendly way but a passive aggressive kind of way kind of like you wanted fries well here you go. Same with the ranch sauce which we had to also ask for numerous times. I have been to this Red Robin many times and never have had this happen. Tsunami shrimp was a new dish for us to try and it was just so-so. Those that got clucks,fries, and burgers were happy with their choices. I 'm just hoping this was an isolated incident.

Food was great . Wasn't happy that I had to wait for 20 mins for someone to check on us especially when no one was visible to flag down. A little more work on customer service this place would be awesome

Typical Red Robin. Good but not spectacular food. Good service.
