Piara Pizza - Rancho Cucamonga

This is the second time they got my order wrong. My daughter doesn't like the marinara sauce that was initially put on her pizza. After I made the dough, I wasn't sure how it was supposed to be done, so I asked her aunt for advice. Once she explained, I communicated that to the staff. They then gave me breakfast, and I asked for the garlic sauce they use for the breadsticks to be put on the pizza instead of the marinara. The staff member looked at me as if she didn’t understand. I recognize that she may still be learning, but I’m a bit frustrated since I don’t have a lot of options right now. I'll give them another chance, but if they mess it up again, that will be it for me.

The pizza was delicious! I had pre-ordered for a specific time, and it was ready when I arrived. The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this pizza – 100%! Great job!!!

Rude customer service! At the call!!! It sounds like the boy has problems or hates his job!! No one has to deal with this kind of attitude or service when asking an order or questions!so unprofessional! Maybe a customer service TRAINING COURING WILL HELP OUT THIS EMPLOYMENT!!! Ordered the large pepperoni pizza and large garlic cheesy bread. Both were excellent especially with a side of marinara to dip the garlic cheesy bread in.
