I just wanted to thank Wendy, our server, for her exceptional hospitality. She made my wife and I feel very welcome. Wendy is a very vibrant and fun person.

When we arrived for our reserved time, the hostess explained that they don't honor reservations made on open table during the weekend and that if we wanted to wait it would be hours. It's unacceptable that a restaurant chooses to partner with a serviced like open table and then refuses to honor the reservation made. I will never return to this Famous Dave's, and quite frankly given that it's a chain establishment this experience is enough incentive to avoid all of their locations.

Service was slow for the amount of customers. The food was okay. I feel like I paid too much for what I got.

This was my first time using the Open Table app. I was able to reserve our table for en route. The timing was perfect and we were able to be seated as soon as we arrived.
