El Pollo Loco - Rancho Cucamonga

First of all, great food and great friendly service from Laura and Nicko ? . Kudos to El Pollo Loco for having a non gender restroom.

I bought a 3 PC Chicken Leg Tigh. Very bad meal, rice very undercooked and hard (maybe rice from days). The chicken Overcooked and burnt. Taste was for long time cooked and over reheated! The skin was so hard!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Two times in a row, the drive through the window said they were all from salsa, but I could see that they were stacked in the kitchen. Don't go to El Pollen-Loco anymore. They'll cheat you.

Is it normal to drain this much bean juice from the Pollo bowl as if it is a soup bowl? I am tired of my Pollo bowl always having so much beach juice. It really kills the whole bowl being soggy.

Omg what the heck is this? Usually this locations guacamole is fresh but this is very questionable. Its watery, and brown. I'm not eating this and will be coming in with the chips and this, whatever this is and requesting a refund for it.
