El Pollo Loco - Rancho Cucamonga

I've always loved El Pollo Loco, but sometimes they mess up your order if you don't check it before leaving. Fortunately, this time everything was fantastic!

I'd give zero stars if I could. Two times in a row, the drive through the window said they were all from salsa, but I could see that they were stacked in the kitchen. Don't go to El Pollen-Loco anymore. They'll cheat you.

We tried the New Birria Tacos and the Birria quesadilla, and both were quite tasty, especially for a fast food place. The staff was very polite, and the interior was clean.

I want to make it clear that this is the worst El Opto Loco in the Inland Empire! I've given them plenty of chances, and each time they continue to mess up my order. The drive-thru wait is always excessively long, which would be acceptable if the food was fresh, but the quality is just terrible! Once, I ordered a 12-piece chicken meal, and each piece was hard and overcooked. When I tried to call and complain, no one answered the phone. The service is utterly dreadful—please don't waste your time or money here. I really tried to give them a fair shot!

First of all, great food and great friendly service from Laura and Nicko ? . Kudos to El Pollo Loco for having a non gender restroom.
