This is a great steak place. I'm addicted to their steak sandwich. Service is great and prices are reasonable. They need a larger parking lot, however.My only complaint is they add a 3.5% service charge to every bill. No explanation, they just add it. There is a sign on the door and at the register, but it's really irritating. I deduct the 3.5% from my tip (sorry, server) ad I assume this 3.5% goes to her.If their prices need to be raised, RAISE THE PRICES. Be honest. This just seems like a rip off.They also give a 3.5% discount for cash. That's almost as irritating. Parking: Not enough parking places. Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but restrooms are tight in a wheelchair.

This place is the best! Just a little pricey but everything is these days unfortunately. The food comes out fastest than any other restaurant I've been to. The staff is all very friendly helpful. Every time i come i get SO FULL! Love coming here. Wish they had more locations! Kid-friendliness: My son likes the steak kabob!

I had a bad experience in this restaurant. I joined my son and his family for dinner. Although I wasn't very hungry, I ordered a small green salad with grilled mushrooms. WELL, GOODNESS GRACIOUS! Thank God I made it home because the mushrooms did a number in my stomach. Will never order them again.

For the first time in a long time my steak was tender but didn't have a flavor. Onion ring were awesome as usual

My husband and I have this restaurant in a pretty regular rotation because he loves a big steak every once in a while. Over the past 10 years, the prices have skyrocketed while the sizes of the steaks have diminished. The wait staff is always friendly but we never see the same people anymore, whereas they used to be able to keep staff as regulars. The overall environment could use a bit of spring cleaning, a good deep scrubbing of the floors and walls is in order and the seats in the booths all need a bit of repair.We still love them and will still visit. ?
