25 minutes in a drive thru is unacceptable and ridiculous. It was 10:30pm and only two cars in before me.

This location is always pretty reliable when it comes to quality and service. I've only doned inside once and it was clean. Outside is always well maintained and the parking lot is small but I don't think that's a problem.

We asked for special instructions and they were followed perfectly. Our order was entirely correct. Everything was hot and fresh.

When a lot of the local fast food establishments would close due to lack of staff this establishment came through in a pinch. The food here is always up to standard and delicious. However, what's even more outstanding is most of the staff at thislocation have such a good attitude when serving you(I would like to acknowledge one male member of your staff(don't have hisname on hand)that goes above-and-beyond with a positive attitude when serving us. I've been eating Jack in the Box tacos for decades. What I'm trying to say is that I know what the taste like. I'm not sure what happened in the kitchen That the tacos were not up to par. Someone trying to sneak in chili powder and I'm not sure why. What Ihave to say is ?leave the taco Recipe alone. And I'm not sure why they decided to change the type of onions these did not havethat sweet flavor that I've come to love And I'm not sure why they decided to change the type of onions. These did not have thatsweet flavor that I've come to love. Do you have to go back to the drawing board to understand the original foods that peoplegrew to like? Oye vey! NOT GOING BACK!
