El Pollo Loco - Rancho Cucagmonga

Great food. Excellent service. Everyone very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had dinner for about $20 and we love the food as opposed to a sit down restaurant now for dinner $75 to $100 with tip and tax.

Last visited Friday before Christmas and was charged for the 12 piece meal but received the 10 piece meal. Chicken also had that chewy/rubbery texture when it's under cooked. Drive thru line was crazy long, and noticed one of the chicken breasts had a few cuts where I can only assume they were rushing and just eyeballing the doneness instead of checking the temperature to make sure everything was cooked right.

Usually it's decent food but this time the chicken was not.

I ordered the keto burrito and I really liked it! I will probably be ordering this often in the future.

Horrible experience, rude staff. I will not be going back
