Duck Donuts - Rancho Cucagmonga

My friend and I have came here before this being her second time and my 7th. I enjoy coming here it’s something my husband and I look forward to every time we’re at Victoria gardens we love it there. We were being helped by a young gentleman who asked if we said our order slow as he’s new. We completely understood and complied, when we were going to split the bill my friend offered to pay for my order. We told him it would be two separate orders. He said he was going to look for a pen since he can’t go back in the system to redo the order. We started writing the order down and Joy. Stepped in and said that we can’t be writing the separate orders that we need to give it to him and tell him then and there. We said that it was him who asked us to do it. She than repeated herself again not even listening or understanding the situation and automatically said again you can’t do that and that you need to give it to him when you order. I again repeated myself and she kept saying that we need to do it next time that it has to be told to him we can’t write it. I told her I felt like we were being attacked by the tone of her voice which was very rude. She gave me attitude and said that he isn’t attacking me. (Yet she rolled her eyes) I don’t know if she’s a manager or if she just acts entitled but that was the worst customer service I’ve ever received from here. She apologized to another customer over his order not being done in a timely manner so obviously she knows how to apologize. I’ve never been so disrespected and disappointed in customer service. From a company I always highly praise. I hope I don’t ever receive service from her again.

Best donuts but employees customer service is low quality. Seem like they don't want to be there or help anyone and Hella gossipy

They said it would take 40 mins to make a vegan donut??? They suggested to call ahead next time and that I have to buy half a dozen and I can 't buy just one. I 'd rather drive to Cosmic Bakery. I understand made to order but 40 mins is ridiculous and there was one group of 4 people ahead of us so it was not busy.

The store manager, Joy, is an absolute delight! I ordered a cinnamon sugar donut and she gave me the blueberry pancake donut to try as well. I took my donuts next door to the Coffee Bean and grabbed a cup of coffee and ate my donuts (Duck donuts offer coffee as well but it was a little chilly outside and I wanted to sit inside at coffee bean). The donuts were soft and warm, and amazingly delicious. The texture was like a blend of cake and raised donut. Probably the best donuts I’ve ever had. After I finished my donuts, I went back and ordered the maple bacon donut. Also delicious. The maple glaze is not too sweet and the bacon was fresh and abundant.I also LOVE their mission and vision. I highly recommend trying this wonderful donut shop!
