It doesn't matter how big or small your party is, if you want amazing food and service to match this is the caterer you want! The salmon and tri-tip were flavorful, tender and moist. The salads were fresh and bright just the way you want them and all the vegetable dishes were something a little different than the ordinary catered food. Don't skip the mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese or you'll be sorry!

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Cutting Edge catering! They recently catered our wedding and not only did they provide AMAZING food, much better than any I have ever had at a wedding, but the staff was also professional, personable, efficient, and all around wonderful! Throughout the entire experience with Cutting Edge, from initial contact and planning (which was last minute as our previous caterer had to back out) to set-up and serving at the wedding, they made the process easy and seamless, and it is clear that they really know what they are doing. Our wedding was in Big Bear in January and the night before it was expected to snow. Cutting Edge actually rented a 4-wheel drive vehicle for their staff in case it was needed and booked them accommodations on the mountain for the night before our wedding to make sure that they were able to make it to the wedding. In fact, some of our vendors had to back out last minute due to the weather, but Cutting Edge went above and beyond by planning ahead to ensure that they would be able to make it. They had already given us a wonderful deal on the price of our wedding package, so honestly I can't imagine that they made very much off of our wedding! THIS IS PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Regardless of their profit margins they did what they needed to to make our wedding happen and I cannot thank them enough for this. After the wedding, the staff packed up all of the leftovers for us and created a beautiful charcuterie board for my husband and I to enjoy after the festivities. As if this all wasn't enough, they also gave us a wonderful little gift bag with thoughtful items (chapstick because of the cold weather, chocolates, and even a Starbucks gift card)!With the weather, last minute changes, and putting this whole thing together in a short timeline, we were beyond impressed with Cutting Edge Catering! I could not possibly recommend them more highly!

Cutting edge CAME THROUGH!!!! I am so happy that my husband and I booked them for our wedding. Jessica was the one I was in communication with the most and she really made it so easy for me by answering every little question I had. Her responses were always so fast! Up to the day of my wedding jessica made me feel at ease with all of the efficient emails she had been sending me that when the day of the wedding came I felt 100 percent confident that they would perfect the day! My guest were raving about how amazing the food and drinks were and everyone loved Cameron the bartender because of his professional and friendly service. He was not shy with the drinks he was making for my guest! We are so happy with the service from cutting edge and will most definitely book with them again in the future!

Cutting Edge Catering was fantastic. I reached out to them to cater my Mom's memorial service and they were very responsive about all my questions and concerns. We went with a mixture of deli sandwiches, potato salad caprese salad, fruit salad with the chips, brownies and cookies. All of it was very good and we received a lot of compliments from our guests but the number one hit was the potato salad! The servers and banquet captain were so accommodating and helpful. It was such an honor to work with Cutting Edge Catering for two events supporting Big Brothers Big Sisters! Back in September, we had a cornhole tournament with a mardi gras theme, and over 250 people all of my attendees raved at how amazing the food was and the service was just over the top! Because of such rave reviews from my supporters, I booked them again for a holiday party for our Board Members at a private home. Once again, the service, professionalism, display and taste was PHENOMENAL.
