Mod Pizza - Rancho Cordova

For the delivery ordered and my pizza is terrible. there is a missing topping, the cheese is hardly there, and there is a huge hole in one of my discs. it is not even even even uniform or completely cut through! the literally stopped cutting by 2/3 of a cut! my girlfriend pizza is also partly cut and had a hole in it.

Mod pizza is always delicious. loves the variety of toppings. that was my first time at this place and I was disappointed. we visited this last Sunday at 16 o'clock. it was completely dead. the man who started our order came from behind with the irritated view. even that doesn't deserve the 2 stars. I was quite disgusting that he came from behind and just to treat my pizza dough. he grabs the dough with his bare hands and puts in the crust press. after pressing the teigs he goes on gloves. whatever on bad customer service, but touch my food with mere hands after touching the swing door from behind. not cool.

The attitude of the staff and confusion about ordering/paying and actually getting your order made it difficult for multiple customers. Presently waiting for order. They will have multiple customers hover over pizzas coming out and sitting on the counter. Not a good combination with kids waiting for pizza.

The salad was just sad. Some of the greens were wilted and should've been thrown out. I wanted to get the romaine but it was in worse shape than the mixed greens. I did a create your own pizza so if the pizza came out bad then it's probably my fault, right? They had a lot of toppings and the pizza came out fast and was pretty good, overall. I probably wouldn't come back to this location even though it's super convenient.

Eating is decent. my main complaint is the dough/crust. it is not the best by far, and the gluten-free crust is even worse when warming up. but the stands are comfortable. topping are all good and much to choose. the service was fast as a new person was trained and was not told to watch on the search for ppl in line. even though there was a superior who would have kept us in the eye instead of using the pizzas. but about all good experiences.
