Jersey Mike's Subs - Ramsey

Funny and positive customer service today! And gorgeously prepared as usual LOVE<3

The bread for the sandwich was too hard and the freshness was not there...totally disappointed with this sandwich. The issues goes directly against why I fell in love with Jerseys Mike. Again, totally disappointed.

Food is good but service is subpar and inept. I usually get a club sub which is the same as the #7 but it comes with ham and bacon. When I order I ask for a club sub with no ham; they ask so a number 7? I tell them no because the #7 doesn 't come with bacon and bacon is an extra charge. They tell me they can 't do that and don 't explain why. All they have to do is not put ham on the club sub and everything would be ok but they proceed to make a #7 and charge me extra for the bacon. This has happened 3 times at this location and every other Jersey Mikes i 've been to has never given me this problem. Next time I 'll order the club sub as is and take the ham off myself since this is apparently asking way too much of the workers here. They also, get very dismissive if you don 't tip for takeout orders. I hope McDonalds workers treat them the same way when they don 't tip there.

I stopped in this morning for a turkey sandwich and must say it was fantastic, not only that, both Ava and Grant were very friendly and polite when helping me. Will definitely return.

Don’t eat here. Couldn’t speak English. This place is falling apart. Can’t get any order right and stand around like they have no job. Never going back. Go to suffern at least they have brains not entitled millenials who could care less. Let’s see the owner post some bs response like they care about the customer. Buyer beware this place is just the worst ever. Got my sandwich wrong 3 times in a half hour. You should be embarassed
