Subway Glenmore - Ramsay Creek

We've popped in here a few times because of location convenience but every time the service is so well below average. Cannot smile, cannot make eye contact, cannot speak clearly or loudly, cannot acknowledge waiting customers. At least one factor of poor customer service is received each time, we now refuse to go here. I'm happy to drive another 5 minutes in traffic to the next Subway next to Stocklands and the atmosphere and service displayed here is more positive and better than their sister store at Glenmore. As for the food at Subway Glenmore, it's just like any other except for when their poor listening skills take over and don't make a sub as requested.

We've eaten at a lot of Subway's around the country and every ingredient is the same. Therefore, to make them stand out and be remembered for all the right reasons, owners and staff need to make sure they are up to standard. The person who served us was quite snooty and probably felt it was beneath her to be serving at the counter. Also, we ordered the Chicken Schnitzel foot long and the chicken wasn't not heated up enough prior to assembling it. Also, we had to state a few times just what we wanted on the meal. The person at the counter really wasn't interested.

Hard to give a rating with these franchises as they all work to a model. Good quick service, with the standard up selling. We aren't big eaters so one sub does us both and we generally pick the specials or a club. No way could you make one yourself as cheap....plus no washing up!

Very standard Subway franchise. What you see is what you get, but it is dependable. Convenient location for those on the North side of Rockhampton.
