Pete's Bbq Ramona

Pete 's has very high quality food! Today we got the brisket fries enough for two people and I wanted to try their gyro. Never had a gyro from Pete 's until today. Oh it was a good decision, the lamb was cooked perfectly and there was plenty of onion, cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese! The brisket fries have brisket, cheese, onion crispers, grilled onions, and I get light bbq sauce, all in top a bed of perfectly cooked fries! Prices are reasonable especially considering the quality of food and the amount you receive. Def try them out if you are in Ramona or want to drive and get something special to eat. These guys take pride in the food they serve and it shows!

Came past to taste the special 9.99 meal. Was pretty good and the red hot sauce of Frank definitely made the already amazing pommes just so much better. Wish a drink was included, but cannot complain about the taste. Also got Peach-Kbbler, but was only about 2 or 3 bites for half the price of the entire sandwich and Fritten lol. Still, that was good. Can't wait to come back and try more

Loved the rack of ribs. The meat so soft it literally fell of the bone. And the flavor was great. I added the honey sauce they give you... The pulled pork was ok and so was the Mac and cheese...they even have beers on tap, which you can have with your meal in this sit down little restraunt which is located in a liquor store. Friendly staff and the people of Ramona (name of town Pete's BBQ is located in) cool cool cool. All in all worth the stop if passing through Ramona.

We ordered the brisket twice here and the meat was hard to chew both times. Flavor was good. If something else will try, we hope for another visit.

Her service was so badly paid $19 and not even enough brisket on the plate to cover a piece of brot. the worse mac and ever bee! the plate had no weight at all on how to pay for air and the meat had no smoke taste (as it was boiled) totally disappointed, because that was my stop every time I would go to ramona.
