Went for a quick lunch. When ordering only 3 Kong burgers, it was already over $70.00, not including drinks or fries. The young lady at the register seemed a little confused and had a hard time telling the cooks what was needed as one was on his phone and talking very loudly. I was not able to look around much, trying to order and eliminate the confusion with the lady at the register, but my wife and adult son told me the grill area and the loby was dirty and grimy. We ended up canceling the order as I was not about to pay over $100 for 3 burgers sodas and one side of fries.
Food is very good, sometimes the person taking your order does not understand what you want/ need on salads or sizes. But overall good place.
Food was good but the service was horrible. A Hispanic male was very rude and when I questioned him on his behavior, he spoke loud in another language because he knew I couldn’t understand him. This isn’t the first time this has happened the Dodge Street location has a Oriental lady who is quite rude to the public also.
The staff was polite, knowledgeable. We love their food!
