Waffle House - Raleigh

The server had to be new. the service was bad. normally this load meets good for everything. they must look at their training or recruitment processes.

The meal was excellent. Customer service was excellent. They take their time with meals, also with the restaurant full of customers. Would definitely come back.

Absolutely the staff I've ever seen. I stood in front of the lady waiting for my online order that was right next to her and she was too busy with her phone to recognize me. So I ask another waitress to get my order. Then the lady left in the register and didn't come back because I waited for jelly, so I had to ask the other waitress to get the jelly for me. Terrible experience and will not come back!!!!

Excellent service. delicious food. However, it was pretty busy in the dining room and everyone worked hard? except fausto. He told people what to do, but never did anything. it has the point where my buddy and I bet if he would start doing something. I bet he would. I lost.

I've never been to a waffle house! What a fantastic place. The food is served hot and fresh. It was delicious. The staff were above-and-beyond phenomenal, friendly, efficient and upbeat. Lastly and most importantly for me the place was SPARKLING CLEAN. Floors, tables, counters, even the parking lot and sidewalks. Two thumbs up!
