Subway - Raleigh

There’s a significant drop from the restaurant to the street without any warning signs. I'm surprised they're still operating; I guess no one has filed a lawsuit yet.

The customer service is outstanding. I consistently have a wonderful experience here.

I ordered a sub for pickup, but when I got it, it was missing several items I had requested, including cheese, sauce, and seasoning. I called to request a refund since I didn’t receive what I ordered, but the person I spoke to had very limited English skills. After some difficulty in communication, he ultimately refused my refund, saying my money was already in the bank—whatever that means. I enjoy Subway, but the customer service at this location is terrible. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location to avoid any frustration.

The food was good, but the woman at the cash register shorted someone on money that was in front of us, then when we got up (we had a big order, there were like 9 of us) there were multiple missing items, and we had to take like 15 minutes to fix everything.

This lat Saturday evening Oct 9th, we were downtown doing a kids photoshoot, a 6 year old and a 3 year old, of course they had to use the bathroom, we figured Subway was a friendly place that would allow our kids to use the bathroom without any problems. The cashier Told us No, because they were not paying Customers!!!!!! A 3 yr old and a 6 yr old. How Inhumane Are you to not allow kids to merely use the facilities. We didn't want any trouble, we weren't there to cause any issues. Ridiculous!!!! What are we teaching these kids by this situation on all Accounts. Thank Goodness The Big Easy was nice enough to help us! Is this What The City Of Raleigh has Come To???? Like NY has some compassion! Horrible Horrible Horrible Will Never Support this Location Ever Again. And We hope Karma Bites You in the behind!!!!!!!!
