Starbucks - Raleigh

Tonight I came to Starbucks to study for a test. The music was great and relaxing. It was very clean. The internet connection is great. If you go try some of their cakes. Yum... Beth was also very polite and kind to me. It?s a very great place to eat and study. Thank you so much.

This is a nice Starbucks. Has parking and hits all the marks. It is a little difficult to see from the road, but with GPS, you will find it.

Such a kind crew! They are so busy but David took time to recognize each customer! It?s so nice to see that and I?m glad to make this my stop on the way home! As always chai tea latte and egg bites are on point!!

This Starbucks is amazing the staff is so friendly and nice they ALL have GREAT customer service and make sure that the clients are taking care of and happy!!!! PAGE especially was absolutely hands down awesome I came in after I just left another Starbucks (Sixforks and Wake Forest Rd) where the drink that they made me was not made correctly or at least it didn?t taste like it was. I was telling Page what had happened I was just going to order another drink and purchase it along with a cool color changing Starbucks cup and Page only charged me for the cup she didn?t even charge me for my drink as I did not ask for a free replacement cause they weren?t the store that messed it up she just took it upon herself to give me a free replacement drink!! That is GREAT, AWESOME, SUPERIOR customer service!!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!!

This place is in a prime location on Capital Blvd in Raleigh. I`ve been coming here to work remotely and this is by far one of the busiest locations in the city. It rarely has a line because the staff is the epitome of a Racetrack Pit Crew transitioned with smile and pleasure! The service was so fast and efficient that the wait was actually quite short. Well done Ms. Patty, Mj, Paige David, Darius and Jameisha????????
