If you're a fan of salads as a meal, the chef's salad here is outstanding. This is my go-to place for a salad in Raleigh!

I find the food here to be good, but the bartender could be more friendly. Also, ever since they switched to cans, they now charge for soda refills.

Sandwich was a little too salty and the service was slow.

I've never had a bad meal at this place. The French dip and cheeseburger were both fantastic, and the hand-cut fries were equally delicious. The calamari appetizer was among the best I've ever tasted. The service was friendly and efficient. There were plenty of football games on the TVs, and they had Foothills beer on tap, a North Carolina favorite. I really enjoy this charming local sports bar.
