The dining experience was average. This restaurant was extremely busy, even though an entire section was open, resulting in a 30-minute wait to be seated. Once we were at our table, it took our server five minutes to come over and take our drink and food orders. After that, we didn't see her again until she came over to fiddle with the iPad, mentioning she would split the checks. She didn't inquire if everything was satisfactory or if we were interested in dessert. Having been established at Alexanderplatz since 2004, this place has noticeably declined. I would prefer the Red Robin in Cary!

The food was excellent, and our waitress was very pleasant, receiving help from the server as well. The burgers were juicy, and the fries were crispy. However, we encountered an issue with seating; we had to go upstairs to ask why people were being seated in front of us despite our arrival before them. After discussing the matter with them, we were finally seated. One major drawback is that, over the past two years, they’ve only been operating at about 70% capacity. With just 8 tables occupied, we waited around 20 minutes. If you decide to go, be prepared for some wait time. The food is still fantastic, but don’t expect the $10 Bonzai Burger meal; budget at least $16 per person.

The service was incredibly slow. When I tried to place an online order, it was unavailable, so I called to place my order instead. The girl on the phone put me on hold, saying she'd be right back, but I ended up waiting 15 minutes only to learn that she was planning to hang up on me. Frustrated, I went to the restaurant to place my order in person. The girl there was nice and told me it would only take 10-15 minutes. However, I've now been waiting for 40 minutes and still nothing has come. I understand that restaurants can be understaffed, but providing inaccurate wait times and ignoring customers is unacceptable. If I had known on the phone that they weren’t taking orders, I wouldn’t have wasted so much time or made the drive to the restaurant. Please improve your communication; we would rather know the truth.

I'm a royal member and I went to Burger's birthday. The restaurant was close to the staff in the afternoon. It wasn't busy and we had to go to a table about. Wait 10 minutes, what is understandable today. The server was promptly filled with beverage orders. The burgers were delicious, but the frits were warm. It took a few minutes to get the cheese sauce I ordered. Beverage refills lasted longer than expected. A big party sat nearby and needed a lot of attention at this time. No bad experience, just a great one.

It's ok. I had a bacon cheese burger. Seemed small. Tasted ok. The fries were pretty cool. Server never checked on me after food arrived. No drink refill. Paid at the table and left. My opinion is that it is over priced.
