Mcdonald's - Raleigh

One minute they seem to be doing well, but then they switch to another beer. If I order three separate meals of 10 pieces of chicken, they only provide one sauce for each meal. When I ask for more sauce, they act as if it’s a big deal, as if they have to pay for it themselves.

The service at this location is very poor, especially in terms of food freshness. I got sick after eating a McDouble without pickles that didn’t seem fresh. My son’s 10-piece nuggets had a rubbery piece in one of them. They really need to replace their team members, as they don’t seem to care about maintaining the quality and reputation of McDonald’s, especially when it comes to serving young children.

The nuggets seemed to have a strange flavor, almost as if they were cooked twice along with the fries. The dining area was clean. However, the staff members on break were playing videos on their phones at a volume that drowned out the restaurant's music. I also had to shift a little to reach the soda machine.

Wow the worst experience I've had this afternoon, waiting more than an hour, and for them to cancel the order. I check my bank account and they have charged me twice 39.28, I hope it is no more and without food, I know that it is in process. you will return it.

Horrible service, people at the window are mean, have poor costumer employees skills. Specially early in the morning when you need to go to work, can see they’re playing and having a good time at the back of the store when you are in a rush. Then if you say something about the time they rolling their eyes and handle the bags in a bad manners. I was waiting for 3 hash browns for almost 10 minutes. Horrible horrible service. You guys improved the face of the building, but still having same or worse costumer care service.
