I stopped after a long day at the hospital 3hrs north of here was only a couple hours from home, but the line I parked in was so long, by the time I was only a car behind I was so exhausted I pulled out, which I'm glad I did for there was a line of folks waiting for there orders to still come out.. I've been here and at the right time it goes pretty smoothly, but at the time I came thru about 6 or so in the evening I just didn't feel well enough after taking treatments all day.. I happened by a Burger King and was able to use my coupons had great service and be done and on my way in a 5 or so minute time frame. Another perk the food was hot and fresh..a rarity at McDonald's lately..so I'm sure this week after treatments I won't bother but move on to Burger King again.. sorry... but the wait was just a bit more than it should had been..
I don’t need the attitude here. If they communicated clearly with customers (correct signage, correct item names spoken on the intercom), there wouldn’t be mixups in the first place. But they cause their own errors and then give customers attitude when trying to resolve it. I’m so done with this place.
This is the only McD’s where they actually STIR my iced coffee. All the other ones just put the flavor and creamer and hand it out. Once you sip it, it tastes awful!! So thankful that the people in this specific location ALWAYS stir my iced coffee!!!! (And it tastes AMAZING
Store hours says to midnight, the time was 11pm on the dot. I was looking to get coffee. I saw the manager sitting in his office through the drive through and workers just looking at me through the window. I get prepping for closing but ignoring customers?! Something is always wrong with this place.
