KTL McDonald's, LLC - Raleigh

With the McDonald's app I ordered the family dinner box that I didn't even know existed and it was fantastic!! The box itself comes with 2 big Macs, 2 Cheeseburger, 10 pieces Nugget and 4 fries all for $14.99, $16.04 after taxes. You cannot beat this price, especially for the quantity of food received! Always a happy camper when it comes to McDonald's, then again it's my favorite fast food!!

Literally a bad day and the woman on the speaker, the woman in the first window and the man in the second window, ALL amazing and super sweet. I'm sure this crew loves it! I didn't even have to ask for my sauce, so 5 stars all the way!! Thank you.

I've been there a lot. The food I ordered in the past was either cold or hot. Today the food was hot and delicious. I remember the shakes a size not to choose 3 sizes. My shake was good compared to his price in the past experiences I had. The young man who took my order was very pleasant and respectful. The crew they had there today was actually led by a manager who takes care of customer satisfaction. I'm gonna go back there and hopefully give a 5-star rating.

Waited over 47 minutes in the drive thru line, but did not receive our complete order. Drive thru team asked us to pull forward to the next window, and then did not serve us for 18 additional minutes. Employees cannot be bothered to even wear their uniforms, wearing ratty street clothes instead. Management has *clearly* given up even trying, and the franchisee of this location should be terminated. I don't want a refund, I don't want an apology, I just want someone to try, for once.
