Arbys - Raleigh County

I really enjoy visiting this place from 2 to 5 PM for their $1 sliders, small drinks, fries, snack shakes, and cookies. The Arby's sauce is my favorite! The only downside is getting back onto the road from this location. The staff is friendly, but they seem neither overly happy nor annoyed.

My mom really enjoys Arby's, especially after a long day at work, so we usually go to the one in Beaver since it's the closest to our home. However, our recent visits have been disappointing. Not only have they consistently messed up our orders, but the staff also treated us as if we didn't understand what we were saying. We clearly communicated our order, yet received something completely different. When we went inside to report the mistake, they asked for the receipt, but we realized they hadn't given us one in the first place. After reordering what we originally wanted in person—something we were hesitant to do because of the pandemic—I noticed that four other families were having similar issues. It's astonishing! I can understand one mistake, but this has happened multiple times. I wouldn't recommend this Arby's, especially since many of the employees were also quite rude.
