Domino's Pizza - Raipur

The food was okay, the service was also pretty good but the restaurant was quite small and had only 2 tables for 3-4 people. overall good for 1-2 people

Great taste as Always, Nice Ambience, Seating Arrangement Is Also Good.

The customer service was very poor and it was suffocating inside the store. When asked on the counter to switch on the AC they said we have been advised to keep it close from the company’s side. Where as other dominos store doesn't have these kind of instruction. A customer comes for a very short duration of time and they want ti feel comfortable while dining in. Employee here should be empathetic. And another issues is We ordered the pizza gave the number and we receive a message for confirmation that the order is ready but when went to collect the order they say the order is still preparing then why did i receive a message that order is ready now? Pathetic

Good variety menu. Oregano, sauce, chilly flakes are kept like salt, pepper on each table, so no need to ask for them, that's good.
