After looking at property’s at Rainbow Bay (moving in to this area) we took a swim and went to check out SLC to book in for dinner for party of My wife and I both had phones with Vax Certificates and some money for..., we are triple vaxxed. Over officious bloke stopped us at top of stairs and barked that we we were to check in!!!!! Really, coming from Melbourne we know all about checking in and we know all about over officialdom, this bloke should go and get a job with the CCP Australian branch (VIC). I showed my certificate and checked in but that wasn’t enough, he wanted the QLD Covid app downloaded on my phone through my Apple ID which I didn’t have on hand. No customer service training for this bloke, rude, dismissive and ultimately I’m writing this from super friendly SLC club nearby while having a beer and have booked in for dinner. Our Teenagers will be joining here. Some businesses don’t understand the importance of first impressions to their detriment.

Very limited menu selection, which you think would mean meals come out quicker with the lack of selection. We waited over an hour for our meals and the chips were completely burnt to a crisp and cold. Also the steak was cold. All six of...us walked out hungry and unhappy.
