Subway - Raeford

Today for lunch and had a terrible experience. There were about 6 people in the line waiting for at least 10 minutes each, because the lady training the new guy thought it would be a perfect time to show him how to serve a salad versus serving other people. She had a terrible attitude and the new guy seemed a little overwhelmed, but still together. He put 3 pieces of cheese on my lower part (a whole piece cut into half by another whole, and she tells him to take it from the lower part and put it badly so that exactly what he did. He dropped it (can you say cross-contamination? So I wonder why he had to take it off, and put it back and her answer was only with 2 pieces. I'm telling her this wasn't two pieces, it was half cut. Then she tells me I can have the other half of cheese, but she charged me extra. I didn't even make the rest of our food. This woman had a disgusting attitude. It should not be allowed to train people and teach them that cross-contamination is okay. I'll eat NIE again at this point. Kudo's new guy training, because he held it together all the time we were all in life. He was very nice and told us several times how sorry he was for waiting. She doesn't need a job in customer service or in food service.

Horribler customer service. Lady with attitude. Very not comfortable eating there. I'll try another place from here.
