Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe visited Taco Bell this morning, 2/7/24. The girl at the register was very pleasant and respectful. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We ordered breakfast burritos. They were ice cold. My wife asked to have hers reheated as she couldn't eat it that cold. An employee made her a new one instead, stating that they had no way to heat it up. The new one was somewhat warmer. After the meal, I went up to the employee who prepared the burritos and let her know that the food was ice cold. She looked at me like she didn't care, and did not respond at all, just giving me a blank look like she didn't care. When we order a hot entree, we expect hot food! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The other burritos were so cold, my wife took them home and microwaved them for lunch.
Trust the reviews and avoid. No filling in the tacos. Soon they'll be selling just tortillas for almost $3. All the hard shells were stale. 2 quesadillas with Chipotle sauce instead of the creamy jalapeño. One of the two quesadillas was legit half a quesadilla, and I dont mean it was only cut in two pieces. It was ONE tortilla folded in half. Potatoes tasted like old burnt oil. Wrong sodas. But hey, the cheesy gordita crunch was good. One good item out of 12. I can get over one bad or missing item on a large order but ONE good item out of 12 items? Also asked for sauce at the window because I know how that one goes. She swore it was in the bottom of the bag. Guess what wasn't in the bag when I got home?
I ordered 2 soft shell beef tacos with lettuce and cheese with cinnamon twists and a senior drink. She kept asking me what I was ordering and I had to repeat it at least 3 times and when I got home I had 2 hard shell tacos with the cinnamon twists and the senior drink.I called and told them what was done. I was told I could either come back but it was cold out and I didn't want to have to come all the way back or he said I could come in the next day. I was hungry so I just ate what I got.
Apparently, either Google reviews are not being taken seriously or the management of this location does not want to deal with anyone 's honest review good or bad!!I don 't see hardly any replies to anyone 's reviews and that 's concerning.Getting to the point of why I am writing this review has to do with the way this specific location is being ran.On average during your late night rush, I, as well as other customers, are waiting on average 30-45 minutes from the time we get here to the time we are served!Not exaggerating!The other thing I don 't understand and this would actually help this long would be if you kept your lobby n on a consistent basis and not when your management feels like locking the doors!!!Many of us have already placed our orders for pickup and don 't want to have to wait another 30-45 minutes just to get our orders.It would be easier just to walk in and pick up our orders!!There are many people that wait in your drive thru and some are rude, impatient because of this reason.Is there away your management can look into this or theses issues?12-2-21Still no change at this restaurant since the last time and yet again no response from Management!! What is happening with this place??? Same old non sense different day. Pulled in with 5 cars a head of me and took 15 minutes for me to place an order.i had to get your people attention just so they can take my order. Then another 15 minutes before I got to the pickup window to get my food and it sucked!Both Chalupas we 're cold which includes the shell ; which was hard and cold! Not even warmed up or hot like it should be. Seriously, what are your people doing there?? What are you paying them for????Your staff are NOT ATTENTIVE AT ALL !!! If no one cares about this place; then please do us all a favor and shut it down!!!
The place to go when no other place is open. Usually long lines during the dinner time and bar close.
