Roundabout Pub Grill - Racine

Stopped in on Sunday night around 7pm, my first visit. BBQ pork was amazing! Had waffle fries and coleslaw, both very good. Wait staff friendly, greeted us as we came through the door. Service was quick, all was good. I usually put BBQ sauce on the meat, but the delicate smoked flavor was too good to spoil, and the pork was so tender it could be cut with the fork. We'll go back again!

Just tried the Roundabout Bar Smokehouse for the first time today with some family and my only regret is that I waited so long to finally give them a try because they have the BEST BBQ in Racine County. I ordered the Smokehouse Chicken Plate with the Sweet Potato Waffle Fries that were perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside along with their Mexican Cream Corn that tasted amazing and was full of flavor plus it came with Texas Garlic Toast and who knew a piece of toast could taste so good? The chicken was perfect and the fact that it was smoked really brought out the flavor and made the meat fall off the bone without any effort also they use a dry rub that really makes their chicken stand out from other restaurants and the signature BBQ sauce is better than anything you will find elsewhere while the portion sizes are more than enough to fill you up. The staff was very friendly and our waitress was kind and attentive plus it was not too crowded which I enjoyed. My dad ordered their special Smokehouse Soup which had THREE different smoked meats(yea I said THREE) with vegetables which I tried and I was surprised by how good it was and how much meat it had because just looking at it you could tell they really loaded it up and how filling it was. They offer many great sides that you normally wouldn't see like cheezy tots, potato salad, ranch beans, and coleslaw just to name a few and you get Two with most orders so variety is not a problem. After trying other BBQ spots in Racine like the Heartland Smokehouse, Charcoal Grill, Texas Roadhouse, and O'Dennis (which is over rated in my opinion) I was convinced that if I wanted great BBQ than I would have to head to Milwaukee but I am very happy that I discovered The Roundabout because now I know that fantastic BBQ is much closer than I thought and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend them to anybody and everybody so if you have not heard of Roundabout yet or have yet to try it than do yourself a favor and make sure to give them a shot because it will be one of the best decisions you make.

The Roundabout Bar Smokehouse has great food and the staff and owners are also fantastic. Never had a bad meal.

Just went here for the first time best blackened pan fried catfish this side of the Mississippi!!
