Was parked at sat there for 20 mins and when I finally get home and get ready to give the foods to my kids, I'm missing the fries and onions rings not to mention the food was cold. So i drive back because they Don't answer the phones, I'm assuming because they are always getting complaints. So I tell them I want it remade and I'm not happy and she tells me not to be rude and slams the window closed. I'm not supposed to be upset? What is wrong with this location! UPDATE THE MANAGER BRINGS THE FOOD OUT AND STARTS SWEARING AT ME AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW THEY FORGOT PART OF THE ORDER AGAIN. I will never go back and will actively tell others not to as well. Flat out rediculous
The foods decently good, but at times they'll get your order wrong at most. Recently I went to order a chicken nugget meal, but they forgot my fries. Its nothing really but does get annoying. You've got to be very specific when you order in the drive thru, if you want a large or small fries and soda. They won't ask you at all. The place is decent for a quick stop for fast food.
Slow, worn out store needs to rebuilt from staff to building. 18 minuets for a double meal in the drive through, duct tape holding the menu board together. Just wow..
The sandwiches sat on the counter for 10 minutes before being handed to me, and the staff did not seem overly attentive in addressing the issue. As a General Manager myself, I found the whole experience unacceptable. The store was disorganized and the team appeared sloppy. Even the manager (or someone who appeared to be the manager) was slow in handling my situation. The only person who seemed to show urgency in fixing my problem was the young man making the sandwiches. He informed his coworker about the situation and made sure the sandwiches were given to me. The other employees simply deferred to the manager, who did not seem proactive in resolving the issue. To make matters worse, some of the staff were not consistently wearing their masks properly, including the manager. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. While I may have overlooked some issues had they promptly addressed and resolved my concerns, the lack of timely and effective action left me extremely disappointed.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They didn't give me my receipt and my chicken sandwich was dry, hard, and spicy - not what I had ordered. I had to wait in a long line to address the issue, and the employee initially ignored me before finally addressing the problem. I believe they knew they had given me a bad sandwich, which is why it took them a while to respond. I was polite in explaining the issue, and eventually a manager came over to fix the mistake and made me a fresh sandwich. It took longer than expected and I had a long drive ahead of me, so I was not happy with the overall experience.
