Unfortunately an over all bad experience. Noisy and crowded very slow service.

Slow slow slow service! We ended up canceling a simple order of 2 pieces of cake and one coffee. Took more than 30 minutes to get something that shouldn't take more than 5 mins. This is not the first time this occurs here. Never again!

Ups and downs here. Last night was a falling down cliff not a down hill walk. Everything that reached our table was bad (the waitress was sort of OK and so were the seats). Let me start with the stupidest. If someone orders club soda and there is no Ice and it is lukewarm, what are the people in the kitchen thinking? There were three different types of bread served. Each was semi-warm and semi- stale. The soup rated a one spoonful tasting. The pasta dish was warm (as in not hot). It did not tickle my taste buds. And the Caesar salad….. How many ways can a basic dish bed made made. One good thing: the iPad menus gave been scrapped. They were too heavy to avoid snatching. They were replaced with dirty cardboard. When I mentioned all of this to someone on the wait staff as we were leaving, the reaction was a non-verbal “So what?” What a shame, this was the closest restaurant to our house.

Beautiful caffe in the middle of the shopping center. they sit and the shopping center surrounds them so do not expect a cozy atmosphere. but the coffee is great and the prices are reasonable. no private wlan. they must use the public shopping center wifi.
