Bliss Lounge Colombo

Had a shisha there which was nice, cocktails were very good, despite the lack of alcohol. The atmosphere is exactly what I expect from a shisha lounge soft music in a dark room. The disappointment came with the bill for the shisha, I got charged 1800+TAX (total 2070), not the advertised (daily) on their Facebook page 1400 and no taxes whatsoever, which means 670 LKR extra or almost 50% more. When I showed them their Facebook posts we had the following conversation: Me: Is this promotion active? The post is from today? Bliss Staff: Yes, but this is for registered customers only. Me: Ok, how can I register? Bliss Staff: You cannot. At least most tourist places clearly state that foreigners have to pay while locals pay , but Bliss Lounge has a silent discrimination policy. Maybe if you are not Sri Lankan and decide to visit the place, be sure to ask how much things will cost for YOU, not what their normal price is.

The service was horrible and the waiters were super impolite. At a point they stopped responding and were ignoring us. The worst part was the restaurant did not even have any customers so they weren’t busy at all. Would not recommend this place at any cost.

My wife and me love shisha, and looking for a good spot to smoke everywhere we travel. Tried shisha all around Colombo, and this place is definitely the best one. Guys are very friendly and customer oriented. Making very good classic shisha.

Total atmosphere was not good.its feel like you were in somewhere middle of drugs and gangsta place. Not feel safe. Staff was very rude and careless. Food took so long to come and tasted like microwave food. The plates were filthy. Didn't feel like eating after seen the food orders. Very disgusting.
