Vegan R Us - Quncy, MA

We had such difficulty finding this place there is no signage for Vegan R Us and apparently it is just inside a Mama Bear 's Kitchen. There was no indication that the vegan options were kept separate from the pizza shop options that are advertised at Mama Bear. As someone who has a food allergy, that 's a big concern. The food smelled good, and looked like you expect vegan cheese to look. But everything was super super greasy. We ate some but I didn 't feel well after eating a slice of pizza, leading me to think that it was contaminated... We ended up throwing most of it away and I spent most of the night feeling awful.

Staff were friendly and helpful. It's a pizza shop,nothing fancy. Food was good overall, plantains were overcooked. Vegan meat (less)ball sub and pasta with vegan meat (less)

Seriously. Do not go there. Small portion and very expensive. The restaurant name is not Vegan R Us. Its another restaurant under

Mama Bear was welcoming and open to new ideas and suggestions Vegan fare. Open to collaborating with local Vegan chefs!! I hope to see a strong Vegan community starting here

I ordered 'vegan ' food from here and none of it was vegan. I don 't know if the name of this joint is supposed to be a joke, but it seems more like a lawsuit in the near future to me. Avoid this joke at all costs.
