El Maple - Quito

The tagesmenu was very tasty and the service was fast and friendly. the selection of vegetarian and vegan menus is very large and the prices are fair.

I love the variety of the menu, to try a little of everything. I almost never met tofu and there it was and it was delicious. the desserts so good I had to come back

I can tell they are figuring out the flavors but I enjoyed the entree which was their traditional plate of corn, plantain, avocado, and some vegan meats. Skip the chocolate cake and hot chocolate though! Both of those items were one star! Updated from previous review on 2022 06 15

Such a shame had a table of 10 and I was the only vegan so an opportunity to create a good experience but this was not achieved. I had to ask 3 times if we could order mains. When the food arrived it was tasty but took over 20mins to get the drink we ordered and more than 15mins to order food itself. When the food did arrive 3 dishes were wrong..
