Mcdonald's - QUISPAMSIS

Got a McChicken McChicken Meal and the lettuce is brown and slimy. 100% not edible. The McDonald's on Millennium Drive, Quispamsis NB Canada is the worst one I have ever been to! Poor service, crazy wait times, employees touching food with bare fingers and being surprised when I ask for them to remake it and keep their fingers off the food. Pop is always gross. I go there cause it is close to my home Time to boycott them ugh.

I waited so long to get to the payment window the cashier preemptively apologized for the wait. I waited another 7 minutes to get to the pick-up window. I ordered fries only and they were luke warm. I asked for hot fries and was told I'd need to wait another 2.5 minutes. I requested and received a refund. You have a limited menu McDonald's, get it together.

Update- I just downgraded to 2 stars! Get your COLD hash browns here first time every time! All they care about is getting people gone from the drive-thru before they run out of time on their clock. They don't care at all about whether or not the food is good and hot. Plus I gave it a low rating due to the fact that our community has long outgrown this badly located (a maze), small, single drive-thru laned, overly busy (at times lined up around the building) restaurant. Want breakfast there a weekend morning? Want something quick on the way to work?Good luck to you. Its so bad there at times i dont even bother going in. We need a new KV McD's. A BIG one, one that's better located and quicker easier to get in and out of. One with a double drive-thru lane. I also notice that there isn't even one reply by management to the many negative reviews about this location on here. That says it all right there...THEY DON'T CARE!
