Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe have gone here twice and twice disappointed. We went for nacho week and waited forever. They claimed they were busy but the place was empty. When the waitress checked, she admitted she hadn't placed the order! We decided to leave. The owner came out and was very nonchalant about the whole thing. We will NOT go back. STAY AWAY.
It was our 2nd time there for my birthday, (My family gave them a 2nd chance), but, it took really long to get our meals both times, we were 7 people, our meals were nothing special. The orders were mixed up, 2 were served a bigger order than they had orginally ordered but, were still charged for their meal, my fish chips was greasy fish, too much of that beer batter. One had ordered a big burger but, it turned out it looked like a sloppy Joe. Not the same texture at all. The steak sandwich was good though. The eggs were good too. All in all, we will not return neither will my family. Laura Mazerolle
My son and I had lunch, I had the burger and he had the steak sandwich. The food was perfect in every way. Dessert was delicious and our server was courteous and extremely friendly.
First time visit, came with friends. Firstly it took 30 mins before any waitress took our drink order. And only because we got someone's attention. It took another 30mins for any food to arrive. And when it did my order was wrong. The waitress knew it was incorrect and said so. But she seemed to want me to eat it anyway and was surprised when I said I don't want that. As for the food that my 3 table mates had: scallops were good, 2 orders of ribs- 1 was good but the other was clearly the end of the rack and 2 ribs were inedible. Everyone at the table had finished eating and my burger still hadn't come out. We left and I had a Big Mac instead. And the waitress blamed the other waitress for not attending to us initially, she blamed the kitchen for the wrong burger, and she blamed the restaurant next door for the slowness of their service. On a positive note we didn't get charged for my meal, and she acknowledged that we would not be charged early on and without us having to make a fuss.
My boyfriend and I went to Amici Pub Eatery in Quispamsis this afternoon for lunch, with another couple and their 2 toddler children. No one was seated downstairs the entire time we were there, and 2 tables were seated upstairs (they had their food; a table of 2, and a table of 3). We were seated right away on the upstairs patio at approximately 12:15 pm, and given two different menus (one main menu and one smaller breakfast/lunch menu). Our server took our drink order and brought them to us. We all ordered our lunch. Approximately 25 minutes later our server came back upstairs and told us she gave us the wrong menu, and that they only serve off the smaller breakfast/lunch menu between 10am and 2pm. We asked if they could make the food we ordered and our server said it depends on the chef, sometimes they will but right now they are only offering the smaller menu. Given we had ordered approximately 30 minutes ago, we were entertaining 2 small children, and it was an error on the restaurants end, we couldn’t understand why they wouldn’t make the food we ordered off the menu provided to us when we were seated. However, we were very polite, picked a few things off the smaller menu and placed our order for the second time. Approximately 15 minutes later my boyfriend went downstairs to ask for more juice for one of the children. Our server saw him and told him she was about to put our order in. She said she had been busy doing other things and didn’t get the chance to put it in yet. Another worker behind the bar said the kitchen gets overwhelmed when it’s busy like this . I went downstairs and walked up to the bar where our server and another worker were standing. I asked if there was a manager there I could speak with and the other worker said Yes. Oh but they aren’t here, I can call them . I said that would be appreciated thank you. I looked at our server and noticed they were crying. We went back upstairs and decided to leave after being there for about an hour without our order even being in to the kitchen yet. Our table and the table beside us had umbrellas that kept coming out of the table and across the deck. It was not overly windy, just a breeze. Here’s a picture of the last time ours flew out. No picture of food because it was invisible. Kids seemed to enjoy their apple juice, the pop was flat, and the virgin Dave Matthews was good. I am a server myself and can appreciate being overwhelmed in a busy setting, however this was not the case. We have been talking about trying this place for a while and likely won’t be back.
