Papa Johns Pizza - Quincy

I had to wait a few minutes for my pizza, because they had only 3 people, and there was a line. Absolutely no problem, understandable in today's climate. A few customers were not happy, and as I sat, saw the way the employees were treated by the customers was absolutely sad. I told them when I left, and I wanted to repeat, they did an amazing job. All three worked their dicks and earned every dollar they got for their work. My food was perfectly cooked. The men at the front desk were very nice even after all the negative comments from other customers. I hope they see it. And Papa John’s, I hope you understand that these great employees will continue your business and I would do everything in your power to keep help like this. As large employees are a rare commodity as late.

We order 75 dollars worth of pizza and wings. The delivery was fast and the employees were polite. When we received the pizza. One of the pizzas was underdone. It was supposed to be half mushroom and half pepperoni and only one slice in the whole pizza was missing the mushrooms.the pizza was clearly sloppy made and undercooked. I called the store and spoke to a manager and he was very nice and understood why I was upset about the pizza. I expected more from them since the pizza was so expensive and he agreed and told me he wants to make it right and he needed to call his gm. I was staying at a hotel and traveling so I couldn’t accept a new pizza at a later date. He put me on hold and called his gm. And when he was done he told me he couldn’t do a partial refund so he was just going to void the whole order.I was stunned and thankful. These guys owned there mistake and went above and beyond to fix it. I never write reviews but I was so grateful for these guys making it right that I had to tell the world. Anyway thank you agian

I love this place normally, was my favorites for years! but the last few I paint an order for the delivery they never showed up. no call, no text, no e-mail. note, except the banging mogs of me and my friends who wait and wait. and wait for more to 3 o'clock! I'm not pleased. extremely DISAPPOINTED...gonna has to rethink where I order my pizza from the cow to my guess!

Manager was very professional, had a great attitude, and He represents the company very well. had food right out and made sure I was satisfied. Would highly recommend this location.

I need to change my review if I need to order through an automated service that they lose my business. long time customer turned 1 star.
