Montilios Adams Street - Quincy

This is the first time I was in this place, I wanted to get a coffee in this place, but I changed my mind after I went to the place. It's not just a café, it's a bakery. There are so man different types of bread rolls and pastries and also they have pizzas and sandwiches for lunch, the place is small, but it is clean and organized. There are three funds and they are super friendly. After I was served and the checkout reminded me that where the straws are because I got a coffee. This is a great place for you coffee and fast lunch, I will be back to the place!

Dear Montilios, although they have become a bit expensive and I like the credit card fee they charge the food is delicious!! The deserts are delicious, but the pizza, the calzone and the sandwiches are also great. Absolutely love their BBQ chicken calzone and their tuna sandwiches. They also deliver with Grub Hub, which is convenient!!

My family has been going to Montillio for decades! They are known for their delicious pastries and Italian specialities. We had a big family celebration in summer and I got a laib Italian bread. The bread was pretty stale when we cut it this afternoon. Recently we considered a few pastries for Easter dinner and I saw that she had my grandmother Pizzagaina, who grew up homemade every Easter for us, and I know my mother would love it! I paid about $30 for this cake, spent $62 total on 5 pastries, sliced Italian bread (it was not fresh, though I had learned my lesson from earlier, but I gave them another shot) and this pizzagaina cake. We cut it in and it wasn't Pizzagaina... It was a cross between cheesecake and ricotta cake. It was delicious because we ate something, but it wasn't what I paid for. The manager said it was actually Pizzagaina and we thought about Pizza Rustica. My grandmother from Italy, had been wrong in all these years by calling it Pizzagaina? I don't think so. They wouldn't give a loan or nothing for the mistake. others also called, but it was our fault not to know. Nevertheless, there are no ingredients listed on the cake, nor have they listed it as a sweet cake. Especially when others thought the same thing. You should put the ingredients on the cakes! I know they are a successful bakery and they are chosen not to do the right thing, so that is disappointing. Admittedly, their pastries and desserts were always very good, and they did a nice ad for my fathers funeral dinner. I hate writing this. But my family has spent many money there throughout the years and to say its disappointment, the least

My family has been getting birthday and special occasion cakes here for 3 generations. It's great.

Ordered an Italian sub. Asked for oil and mayo. Tell me why this sub was dry and flavorless?Tasted like a meat sandwich. Just a mouth full of meat on dry bread. They was even stingy with the lettuce! The condiments are to enhance the flavor oil, salt, pepper.. Italian seasoning, maybe). Sometimes, I close my eyes and remember the days when you could get a bomb azz Italian sub for like $5/6 with a bag of chips with a kiwi strawberry Mistic. Y'all remember. Today they want doubt ble the price for less.MmmMmnn, 0nope.I'm giving up 2 stars because Montillios has delicious tart pastries. Service is NEVER good and neither is their Italian sandwich. But go and get them tarts. They know what they're doing there!
