Chili cheese dogs are the best I ever had. Very nice homemade cakes. I recommend the chocolate and lemon. Also note the peanut butter and coconut cream. I hope they bring the butterscotch back. You don't accept tips here.

Maid-Rite is my second favorite place to treat me. Their special recipe makes them the best loose meat sandwiches, hands down. Your chili dogs are dying and it is one of the few places you can get a real Malted Shake. Just remember not every Maid-Rite restaurant is the same.

I just finished what might be the best lunch I've ever had. The restaurant was busy, but it took me longer to choose from the extensive menu than anything else. I finally settled on a classic Maid-Rite with ketchup and a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. The woman at the register was both professional and friendly at the same time. And I haven't even touched my bread pudding yet, which looks absolutely amazing. Why have I not been eating here before?!

Food was fantastic like always. Be prepared to wait in a long line to order. They no longer have someone coming to your table to take orders.
