Dunkin' - Quincy

My avocado toast ordered with speck and literally every bit of speckkohl was really disappointed. I had to get it out because it was so bitter. was late so I couldn't get another one again?

This was the worst Dunkin' Donuts experience ever! Especially given its location, it really stands out for all the wrong reasons. The customer service is terrible; they either give you something you didn't order or forget something entirely. How do you mess up a simple order of passion fruit refresher and end up giving a strawberry one instead? I’ll be going every day to a different Dunkin' from now on.

I have personally worked on this site so I know that the first hand encourages the employees to work while sick. I was called while I was sick with corona virus and the general man tried to fire me because it was against the exclamation policy. none of there is the personal correctly trained and the management is more concerned that by timer it is more than their order right or even their coffee is properly mixed. overall the personal is badly treated and the management is not bad I have suggested to literally bring their business differently everywhere

The restaurant struggles with order accuracy and, on top of that, has unfair treatment of its employees. Staff are required to ask for permission to use the restroom, and if they take too long, they risk losing their jobs. I wish I could give them zero stars, but that's not an option.

This dunks is excellent the line moves fast and they never mess up my coffee
