Domino's Pizza - Quincy

It has improved significantly compared to ten years ago. However, not all of their locations reflect this improvement, as the quality can vary from one store to another.

You might want to think about searching your neighbor's trash for leftovers before dining here. I ordered several pizzas for delivery, and they managed to get every single one wrong. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the woman on the phone apologized and had the pizzas remade and delivered fairly quickly. Unfortunately, the new pizzas were prepared very poorly, with the toppings being overly greasy and sliding off. I'm incredibly disappointed with the incompetence of this establishment. I've usually had decent experiences at other Domino's locations, but this one really fell short.

The driver did not send a text when he arrived and didn't apologize for the inconvenience. When I called the supervisor, I could hear the driver shouting in the background. He had left the pizza outside after claiming to have placed it on a "step." However, when I went outside, there was no pizza on the "step." If he had texted me as I requested, I could have directed him to the correct location. This was the most unprofessional driver I have ever encountered.

While waiting for my pickup order, I observed a man in a black hat adorned with a rainbow logo preparing pizza. He handled several dough balls with his bare hands, spreading one out without using gloves. He went on to spread the sauce and sprinkled cheese on the pizza, all while using his hands. He added various toppings in the same manner. In contrast, I noticed a professional female staff member who wore clear plastic gloves while preparing her pizzas. I find it unacceptable to handle food with bare hands, particularly in a food service environment. The man’s actions not only cross-contaminated the toppings but also showed a lack of concern for food allergies.

This place is fantastic! The food is always hot and fresh! As a doctor and a pizza lover, I can confidently say they deliver the best. However, I had a negative experience with the delivery driver. He assumed that the change was his and didn’t even mention it. He took my money, went to his car, and left without saying a word. Instead of giving me my change back, he kept a $4 tip for himself, despite the fact that he came from Domino's, which is only a 30-second walk from my union hall. To be honest, I don't think he deserved such a generous tip, especially considering how rude and dismissive he was. I hope he puts that $4 to good use... but seriously, KEEP THE CHANGE, YOU FILTHY ANIMAL!!!!!
