The food at IHOP was great and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed with the slow kitchen service as our food took 30 minutes to arrive, even though the restaurant was not busy. The staff also did not proactively address my specific requests. Some tips for your visit: - Must try: Corned beef hash, garlic rice, and eggs of your choice for under P300 - Unlimited coffee for less than P100 - Be prepared for a longer wait time compared to other areas like BGC Overall, IHOP receives high ratings for food and beverage, but lower ratings for service and kitchen efficiency. The ambience was well-maintained, but the air conditioning could be better. In terms of value for money, IHOP is a good choice. In conclusion, IHOP UP Town is worth trying out, especially for their Filipino dishes and unique menu items. Despite some issues with kitchen service, I believe the restaurant is well-managed and has carved out its own niche in the breakfast food scene. It may need some improvement, but I have faith in the management to make necessary changes.
Once again, the service was terrible, just like it was when they first opened. One would have expected them to have improved after being in operation for a while.
I would reconsider dining at IHOP Uptown Center. The food is subpar and overpriced (the tapa was like rubbery fried chicken, it was so undercooked) and overall bad...
The corned beef topping was greasy, the club sandwich had tough bacon (burnt)... Overall, none of the dishes were tasty.
